CANCELLATION PENALTIES

All penalties are per person. No refunds will be made for unused services or pre-purchased events. Pre-paid theater/event tickets are non-refundable.

Should cancellations cause any change to the groups per person price, or change in room type, then further supplements may apply.

Any non-refundable deposits or group costs that have already been paid are additional to the cancellation charges and cannot be
transferred.

 

Air Bookings & Cancellations

Air penalties apply based on airline conditions, which will be advised upon seat confirmation. All airline taxes and fees are subject to change until ticketing.

NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be advised [by mail or email] to Aurelia Travelers prior to Tour Departure during normal business hours [9 am to 5pm CT - Monday to Friday] Notification shall be deemed to have taken place on the date of receipt of such written notification by Aurelia Travelers. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that any notification of cancellation is received by Aurelia Travelers. Minimum cancellation penalty is the deposit amount.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION PROTECTION

We strongly recommend purchasing travel protection due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel protection is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

 

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler.
