DAY 1 September 3 - Depart the United States Depart your hometown and take an overnight flight across the Atlantic. Enjoy in-flight entertainment and meal service as you travel to start your vacation.
DAY 2 September 4 - Milan Arrival Milan Arrival After landing at Milan Airport, complete customs and immigration formalities. Transfer to your hotel independently, check in and settle into your room. Group Briefing In the evening, join your tour director and fellow travelers for a brief welcome reception followed by an evening at leisure. Dinner & Overnight: Leonardo Hotel, Milan Stay at The Leonardo Hotel Milan City Center, an elegant Renaissance-styled hotel situated near Corso Sempione and Porta Garibaldi.
DAY 3 September 5 - Turin Sightseeing Turin Guided Tour Drive into Turin, the capital city of Piedmont, and set off on a guided tour to see some of the area's most popular highlights. The city is known for its grand boulevards, historic cafés and rich chocolate traditions. During your tour, enjoy a sample of Turin's iconic Bicerin, a local specialty made of espresso, chocolate, and cream. Following, enjoy some free time to grab an independent bite for lunch and explore on your own. Casa Martini Stop to visit Casa Martini, founded in 1863 and is the birthplace of the world's most famous vermouth. While here, explore the working factory, which remains the primary production hub for Martini vermouth and sparkling wines. Also, enjoy a tasting of the finished product. Dinner at Local Venue This evening, gather with your group to enjoy dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight: NH Torino Centro Hotel, Turin Check-in for your stay at the 4-star NH Torino Centro, situated near some of the city's most popular highlights and within walking distance of the Porta Susa and Porta Nuova train stations. You will also find shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in the area.
DAY 4 September 6 - Le Langhe Region Le Langhe Explore the region of Le Langhe, famous for its wines, Barolo, Barbera, Barbaresco, breathtaking landscapes, cheeses and truffles, particularly the white truffles of Alba. Monforte D'Alba Visit the small village of Monforte d'Alba. White capped mountains peak out from the high humidity of the valley below, smiling on sunny days. There are bigger towns and cities, but few match the character of Monforte. Lunch at local Wine Estate Drive into Barolo for a look around the city centre before heading to a local Wine Estate for a tour and tasting session. While here, also have a delightful lunch with your group. Alba Journey into Alba, known for its white truffles and medieval towers, for a stop before transferring to your hotel in Langhe. Overnight: Hotel Castello di Santa Vittoria, Langhe Enjoy your stay at Hotel Castello di Santa Vittoria, a 4-star boutique hotel, situated atop a hill in the Langhe and Roero wine regions.
DAY 5 September 7 - Barolo Region Azienda La Torricella Journey to Azienda La Torricella for a tour of the family-run wine estate followed by a tasting of their classic regional wine. (Subject to availability and motorcoach access) Barolo Free Time After your visit, head into the village of Barolo for some time to explore the charming wine town on your own. The quaint town in Italy's Piedmont region is known as the birthplace of Barolo wine and is a UNESCO World Heritage area recognized for its deeply traditional, high-quality and age-worthy red wine, breathtaking vineyard-covered Langhe hills and its connection to Italian royal history. DAY 6 September 8 - Verona Sightseeing Verona Walking Tour Drive into Verona and set off on a leisurely walking tour of the city. Along the way, see the charming medieval streets and the Verona Arena, an Amphitheatre built by the ancient Romans and is still used for major opera performances. The 2026 Winter Olympics closing ceremony will take place at this location. Lake Garda Panoramic Take a panoramic tour of Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy nestled between Venice and Milan. Admire the picturesque villages and views overlooking the Lake. Lake Garda Travel to Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy. Stop for some free time to admire the beautiful scenery of the area. Dinner in Lake Garda Following, head to a local lakeside restaurant to enjoy an early dinner with your fellow travelers as you take in the stunning views. Overnight: Villa Rose Hotel, Desenzano del Garda Stay at the 4-star Villa Rose Hotel in Desenzano del Garda, located directly on the waterfront and within walking distance of the historic town center.
DAY 7 September 9 - Corte Sole Winery Corte Sole Winery with Lunch Visit Corte Sole Winery to immerse yourself in the world of Soave Classico wines with a private vineyard walk and curated tasting. DAY 8 September 10 - Milan Sightseeing Milan Walking Tour Travel into Milan and set off on a guided walking tour with a local specialist to see the highlights of the chic northern capital. Along the way, visit the Duomo district to view Duomo di Milano, the second-largest cathedral in the world. Then, view the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, built in 1877 and named after the first Monarch of Italy. The Galleria is famous for being home to some of the oldest shops and restaurants in Milan. After, enjoy some free time to explore the famous fashion district on your own. Dinner at Local Venue Tonight, join your fellow travelers for a wonderful farewell dinner at a local restaurant. DAY 9 September 11 - Milan Departure Milan Departure All too soon, your vacation in Italy has come to an end. Transfer to Milan Airport in plenty of time to check in for your flight. You may do some last minute shopping at the duty-free stores before boarding your aircraft and flying back to the United States.
